Duties:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Assist with day-to-day office tasks, including filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling for team members
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity
- Provide general customer support and address inquiries or issues as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role preferred
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles is a plus
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
