Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in daily office operations.
Duties:
- Manage office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Support office management functions
- Utilize computerized systems for scheduling and record-keeping
- Handle calendar management and appointment scheduling
- Perform front desk duties including greeting visitors and answering calls
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks

  • Typing correspondence and reports

  • Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an office setting or related field preferred

  • Knowledge of receptionist duties is a plus
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Must have reliable transportation to be able to make weekly runs to San Luis Obispo, various errands to the bank and post office
