Job Description: We are a third-generation family-owned business seeking an Office Assistant to join our growing, multifaceted company. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and detail-oriented individual with a passion for efficiency in our fast-paced commercial service industry. This position will work closely with the Office Administrator to assist with day-to-day operations. You will also work closely with plant managers and communicate with our statewide locations. If you work well independently, as well as part of a team, we look forward to hearing from you today. Responsibilities: Data Entry pertaining to driver paperwork and Mechanic Work Orders Filing Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the office Answering phones and routing calls as needed Working with the scale to weigh trucks in and out Coding and entering Accounts payable invoices Producing routine reports Provide general administrative support to the operations team as needed Requirements - High school diploma or GED is required. - Proven experience in an office environment. - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong organizational skills with the capacity to interact effectively with team members in various locations. - Capability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines. - Proficient in using MS Office applications. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
