Responsibilities
  • Manage invoicing processes, including reviewing completed jobs and preparing invoices using various software systems.
  • Follow up with customers regarding payments, providing excellent customer service while confidently handling pushback when necessary.
  • Enter received payments into the office management system, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized records and support issue resolution related to invoicing and payments.
  • Collaborate with the operations team and assist with other administrative or operational tasks as needed.
