Location: West Valley, Utah
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM (20 hours/week)

About the Role
Sawyer Labs, a supplement manufacturer based in West Valley, is hiring a part-time Sales Assistant to support quoting, ingredient allocation, and internal sales operations. This is a behind-the-scenes role — you won’t be talking to customers directly, but you’ll play a key part in keeping the sales process organized and efficient.

Your Two Biggest Responsibilities

  • Pricing support — Help sales build and organize client quotes.
  • Organization & allocation — Support lab and production by tracking ingredients, organizing COAs, POs, and keeping sales records clean.

We’re looking for someone who is not just task-oriented, but also proactive about improving systems and helping the team work smarter.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and organize pricing quotes for client projects
  • Allocate and track ingredients/raw materials for R&D and production
  • Track and order ingredients from suppliers as needed
  • Organize folders, POs, COAs, and client files
  • Help ship samples and prepare client documentation
  • Update CRM with notes, project status, and client information
  • Support the Sales Manager with day-to-day organization

  • Strong with math and problem-solving

  • Comfortable with email, spreadsheets, and basic computer tools

Schedule

  • Part-Time: 20 hours/week
  • Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM
