Description
The General Clerical role provides administrative and clerical support to facility operations, ensuring accuracy in documentation, compliance with company policies, and timely communication between departments. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced agricultural environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation. * Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide customer support as needed. * Assist with processing inbound and outbound grain tickets, scale tickets, and shipping documents. * Maintain accurate records for grain movement, inventory, and compliance reporting. * Support facility staff with scheduling, correspondence, and administrative tasks. * Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed. * Ensure confidentiality of company and customer information. * Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications   * High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training preferred. * Previous clerical, office, or administrative experience (agriculture/grain industry a plus). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn company-specific software. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping. * Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills. * Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
