Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As Office Assistant located in our Sundbyberg office, you will play a key role in supporting smooth day-to-day operations of SD Worx Sweden. The role requires a proactive, flexible, committed, highly organized and detail-oriented individual who has excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills. Our ideal candidate is positive and positive and a self-starter with genuine passion for delivering exceptional service to different stakeholders in our dynamic environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be the main contact person for facilities and office related topics; handle and coordinate different kinds of office related activities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • As office assistant you have a key role in ensuring that all the Swedish offices are welcoming places both for SD Worx colleagues as well as for external visitors.
  • Sweden have 2 large offices, Sundbyberg and Norrköping, where Norrköping together with the facility team in UK will start a larger project in June that will be carried out throught the autumn 2025. Excellent project management skills will be needed. Except for the 2 larger sites Sweden has 3 smaller offices.
  • Support management team in arranging different kind of events and meetings, upcoming is the 80 years anniversary and the large customer event in November for 150 customers.
  • Support our People team with various administrative tasks concerning e.g. onboarding, offboarding and administering employee benefits
  • Working as a point of contact for Sweden when working with all other Office Managers /EAs in the Group. Managing meetings, bookings and synchronizing calendars for Market Team.Other administrative tasks depending on business needs
