Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Assistant to join our Canada office. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and thrive in a fast-paced, in-person office environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office while delivering excellent customer service to clients. The Office Assistant will be responsible for a variety of clerical tasks, data entry, and providing essential support to the team. This is an in-person position, Monday through Friday, with working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly Excellent typing skills and high attention to detail Prior clerical or administrative experience preferred Strong customer service skills with professional phone etiquette Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities SAP experience is an asset Responsibilities: Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system Perform accurate and timely data entry Maintain organized filing systems Assist with customer inquiries and provide support Coordinate shipments and track deliveries Communicate with vendors and internal teams Work Location Requirement: This is an in-person position based in our Canada office, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada and either currently reside in Canada or have confirmed plans to relocate prior to the start date.
Responsibilities
