We are seeking a motivated and reliable Office Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis from October to mid-January. This role is ideal for someone with strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and management using Excel
  • General office administration, mail merge & filing
  • Supporting day-to-day office operations
  • Assisting team members with tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must be available to work on-site in Thurles (no remote working)
