Description

YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Responsible for answering phones and responding to emails, ensuring that all inquiries from our guests and within the company are followed up on in a timely manner.
  • Contact guests via telephone and email with follow-up on their questions and order status.
  • Relaying orders and inquiries to appropriate department staff and/or supervisors for follow up.
  • Entering orders and other data into Excel and our Point of Sale system, as well as assisting with e-commerce administration on our Shopify platform.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests in all aspects, including assisting as a cashier or on the sales floor when required.
  • Actively seek to familiarize and increase product knowledge in all areas.
  • Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Excellent phone and email etiquette, is detail oriented, and has great interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in administrative and customer service roles is an asset.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and good
  • Highly adaptable with effective organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency, handling multiple demands, setting priorities, and having strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Product knowledge is an asset.
  • You are punctual and dependable, and highly value honesty, integrity, and authenticity.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
