Description

We are seeking a detailed orientated Office Assistant with bookkeeping experience to join our team. The ideal candidate would be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day office activities, support both Accounting and Operations in maintaining contracts, permits, and key deliverables.

Duties and responsibilities included:

  • General office duties include answering phones, mail, scanning, planning company functions etc.
  • Assist with building and nonlabor intensive grounds maintenance and organization
  • Remote bank deposits
  • Process insurance claims
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems for Equipment tracking - customer contract originations, vehicle titles, registrations, inspections, insurance and permits
  • Subcontractor insurance date input and filing
  • Purchasing office supplies
  • Company cell phone management
  • Printer management
  • Assist with Accounting, Human Resources and Operations clerical duties
  • Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office- Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills
  • Trucking and construction industry experience a plus
  • General knowledge of accountants payable and accounts receivable
  • Must be highly organized, detailed orientated, accurate and self-check work
  • Able to work independently with some oversite, and in a team environment

Must follow established procedures while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
This is an position pay is $18-22/h
