Direct and transfer calls throughout the dealership to specific departments or personnel as requested by the customer. Schedule appointments and provide status updates. Communicate updates with all departments. Collect customer payments via online, phone, or in-person. Manage all detail tickets. Photograph all customer vehicles prior to being washed. Track and manage drop off and pickup of all vehicles utilizing shared spreadsheets. Help deliver vehicles as needed. Assist in monitoring and fulfilling supply orders. Utilize and manage shared computer spreadsheets and documents Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly manner. Clearly communicate messages as needed to sales, parts, and service. Various duties as assigned. Requirements: Requires 2+ years of relevant business experience, or an equivalent combination of post-secondary education in business and experience. An innovative self-starter Proficient in multitasking Computer-savvy, with a willingness to learn new software Exemplary customer service Self-motivated and eager to learn Valid driver’s license & clean driving record Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen.
