EXPERIENCE

  • Previous office experience is preferred, with a focus on administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with medical or dental office environments is a plus, particularly as a dental receptionist.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in typing and data entry tasks.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience with effective phone etiquette.

Responsibilities
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Paperwork: create/file COAs, BOLs, packing slips, PODs from templates.
  • Data entry: update Delivery Log, Inventory Tracker, Production Log accurately.
  • Filing compliance docs (supplier certs, sanitation logs) with proper naming.
