Description Our company is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Dealer Principal of the company. Responsible for managing the executive’s calendar, organizing meetings and events, handling correspondence, and providing general administrative support. This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, and strong communication skills and experience with Microsoft and Google platforms. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work well under pressure is a must for this position. Requirements • Manage and coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients. Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing travel arrangements, and compiling reports and presentations. • Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents. • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. • Develop and maintain a good working relationship with staff at all levels. • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner. • Scheduling and planning company events · Planning and executing holiday and seasonal décor for the dealership • Order items for the customer area • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Misc. duties as required. In office - Monday-Friday
