Zapegg Tax Consultant is looking for a diligent and service-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Dubai. QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school certificate or equivalent.
- Experience in hospitality is preferred.
- Experience in administration or cleaning roles is an added advantage.
- Polite, service-oriented, and able to work well in a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and beverages for employees and visitors.
- Collect and clean crockery and cutlery after use.
- Maintain cleanliness of the office, warehouse, kitchen, and bathrooms, including cleaning equipment.
- Organize the storeroom and monitor stock levels for office supplies.
- Monitor and manage stock levels of beverages and other consumables.
- Order soft drinks and other office supplies from the supermarket as needed.
- Replenish fridges with beverages regularly.
- Assist the reception desk with various administrative tasks.
- Help with deliveries and ensure the smooth handling of incoming and outgoing packages.
- Provide support to the administration department when required.
