Office Associate Citi Field Application Deadline: 6 February 2026 Department: Operations - Field(OPS001) Employment Type: Seasonal - Part Time Location: I72-15_12301 ROOSEVELT AVE Reporting To: Location Manager Compensation: $19.00 - $24.00 / hour Description Location: Citi Field Position: Office Associate Shifts: Varying Shifts (Weekday/Weekend) Hourly Pay: $19-24 The Receptionist & Office Assistant helps to ensure the office runs in a smooth and efficient manner. The role performs a range of clerical and administrative such as answering phones, processing reports and managing office. This role will be the first point of contact for both internal associates and external guests and maintaining a professional, positive environment is of the utmost importance. The role is responsible for producing reports, maintaining equipment, staff placement and being able to either open or close the office. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: Flexible availability including weekends and Holidays. Warmly greet visitors and contacting the appropriate associate when their guests arrive Represent the company with integrity Provide excellent customer service and attention to detail Answer incoming calls, take messages and deliver as appropriate Multitask and prioritize to meet the needs of the operation. Act as general brand ambassador and maintain a positive ongoing relationships Greet and announce visitors Perform some clerical duties. Maintaining office supplies and reordering as appropriate Ability to adapt and shift as necessary when working on projects Handle additional projects, as needed QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Experience: 2+ years general office/reception experience Proficient in Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and calendar management Ability to work with all levels of management. Education: High school diploma or Associates Degree Key Responsibilities Able to be a Parking Supervisor when not in the office Able to supervise large groups. Great customer service skills. Responsible for being punctual and ensuring that staff is placed in position. Maintaining a safe and secure work environment Completing all documents with accuracy and neatness. Resolving all customer inquiries quickly and efficiently. Assist with incoming email and phone calls. Communicate professionally at all times with visitors and teammates. All other duties as assigned.
