Your primary objective will be to establish strong relationships with care homes, ensuring that residents continue to receive the high-quality care they deserve while also expanding our presence in new facilities. If you are enthusiastic, target-driven, and have excellent communication skills, this is the role for you!
Recall Visits: Contact existing care homes to schedule recall visits for eye tests and hearing tests for their residents.
Sales Outreach: Identify and call new care homes to promote and sell Kindsight’s domiciliary optician and hearing services.
Relationship Building: Develop strong, lasting relationships with care home managers, ensuring that they trust and value our services.
Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the benefits of our services and address any questions or concerns care home managers may have.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and communications using our CRM system.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets related to new care home sign-ups and booking recall visits.
Follow-Up: Ensure all care homes are followed up with as needed, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar phone-based role.
Confident and persuasive communicator with a professional, empathetic approach.
Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with care home staff.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and appointments.
Comfortable working with CRM systems and data entry.
A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a target-driven environment.
