As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Plumbing & Heating Engineer who is ready to transition from on-site work to a full-time office-based role while still utilising their technical expertise.

THE ROLE

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer who wants to step away from the tools and move into a technical, office-based position. You’ll be supporting our team, managing projects, liaising with clients and engineers, and ensuring the smooth running of our operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing technical support and advice to engineers and clients.
• Assisting with job planning, scheduling, and quality control.
• Reviewing site reports and helping to diagnose issues remotely.
• Managing supplier and client communications.
• Helping with quotations, ordering parts, and ensuring projects run efficiently.
• Working closely with the director and admin team to optimise business operations.
