This is a mobile clinical role providing anesthesia support across multiple partner facilities within Charlotte and the surrounding areas. The nurse will rotate between assigned locations based on scheduling needs. This position offers a dynamic work environment with the opportunity to collaborate with a variety of surgical teams. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare patients for anesthesia by assessing their health status and providing education - Assist anesthesiologists during procedures, ensuring smooth and safe anesthesia administration - Monitor patients' vital signs and responses throughout the perioperative period - Provide post-anesthesia recovery care, including pain management and patient assessment - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans - Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress - Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and certifications Skills and Qualifications: - Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing - Graduation from an accredited nursing school - Minimum of 2 years of experience in critical care, ICU, ER, or PACU - Valid Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications (if applicable) - Valid driver’s license - Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills - Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and as part of a team We foster a supportive and growth-oriented environment where your skills and dedication are valued.
