The Office Boy is responsible for providing general support to the office staff by performing required administrative support and housekeeping tasks. Duties include maintaining cleanliness, running errands, serving refreshments, handling mail and parcels, and assisting with minor clerical work to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
· Punctual, polite, and reliable at all times.
· Ability to communicate respectfully and effectively with staff across all departments.
· Good verbal communication skills.
· Honest, trustworthy, and maintains confidentiality.
· Basic knowledge of standard office procedures.
· Skilled in preparing specialty coffees and various coffee beverages.
* Barista experience is an advantage
· Well-groomed, clean, and maintains high standards of personal hygiene.
· Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
· Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
· Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers, fax machines) is essential.
· Knowledge of kitchen appliances and equipment (e.g., coffee machines, juicers) is required.
· Calm under pressure, with a creative and proactive approach to problem-solving.

· Welcome and greet all clients, visitors, and company personnel in a courteous and professional manner.
· Offer and serve refreshments (coffee, tea, juices, and sandwiches) promptly to clients, visitors, management, and staff, ensuring all items are prepared according to sanitation and hygiene standards.
· Maintain cleanliness and orderliness across all office areas, including staff desks, pantry, kitchen, majlis, stock rooms, training rooms, common areas, and restrooms.
· Report any faults or malfunctions in office equipment or facilities to the appropriate department to ensure uninterrupted operations.
· Assist with basic inventory of office supplies; ensure adequate stock levels and report replenishment needs to avoid shortages.
· Collect and deliver internal documents between departments as required.
· Support departments with document-related tasks, including filing, scanning, and printing.
· Prepare necessary requirements for training room, meeting room and others as per instruction.
· Perform basic administrative duties as needed.
· Monitor supply consumption carefully to prevent wastage, maintain inventory levels in line with budget constraints, and avoid overstocking.
· Purchase and restock kitchen items when necessary.
