This individual will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office, assisting with various administrative tasks, providing hospitality to guests and staff, and managing office supplies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
  • The role involves both indoor and outdoor activities, including moving between different locations.
  • Philippines nationality.

  • Ensure the cleanliness of the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and health of office plants, ensuring they are watered and cared for regularly.
  • Oversee the maintenance of office fixtures, reporting any issues or necessary repairs to the Office Manager.

MISCELLANEOUS TASKS

  • Handle ad-hoc tasks such as running errands, collecting documents, and delivering items as required by management.
  • Assist with any other duties as assigned by the Office Manager or HR.
