JOB DESCRIPTION:

Eco Drive Driving School is seeking a motivated and helpful Office Assistant to perform a variety of tasks to support our daily operations. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone who is organized, takes initiative, and takes pride in contributing to a team’s success.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year experience as an Office Boy
  • Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help with any task.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Basic understanding of English (reading and writing).
  • Must be physically able to perform light duties (standing, walking, lifting up to 10 kgs).
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: AED1,300.00 per month

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Responsibilities
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the office, kitchen, and common areas are tidy and presentable. This includes wiping down surfaces, emptying trash bins, and vacuuming/mopping floors.
  • Supply Management: Monitor and restock office supplies, kitchen supplies (like coffee, tea, water), and restroom amenities. Notify the supervisor when supplies are low.
  • Document Handling: Assist with basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing documents, and organizing paperwork.
  • Errands: Run occasional local errands, such as dropping off or picking up documents, supplies, or other items as needed.
  • Support Staff: Provide general support to office staff, which may include setting up meeting rooms, helping with event preparation, or other light duties.
  • Beverage Service: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water to guests and staff.
