Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF ROLE

As part of the Global Workplace team your role is integral to creating and enjoyable and productive working environment at SilverDoor.
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude to ensure our office remains a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. As our office spans two floors, being active is key to efficiently maintaining our workspace.
In this role, you will be responsible for opening the office each morning as a keyholder and will work closely with our Global Workplace Operations Manager to uphold our high standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily cleaning of office spaces, including vacuuming and sanitizing surfaces
  • Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, including mopping floors
  • Emptying waste bins and ensuring proper waste disposal
  • Maintaining cleanliness in kitchen areas and emptying the dishwasher
  • Handling occasional deep-cleaning tasks (e.g., wiping skirting boards, cleaning inside cupboards)
  • Responsible for opening the office in the morning as a key holder
  • Keeping the exterior of the office clean and tidy
