  • Not essential but IT and communication and bookkeeping qualifications will be beneficial

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Good IT hardware and software knowledge is essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience using CRM or accounting software (e.g., Act!, Xero, Sage 50)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Discreet with sensitive information
  • Knowledge of chemical is advantageous but not essential
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As an office clerical administrator, you will provide broad administrative support. You’ll be responsible for liaising and recording of internal and external communications, filing documentation, basic bookkeeping, and answering callings. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone with good decision-making skills.

KEY TASKS1. ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

  • Provide clerical assistance to the sales team and production.
  • Sales data inputting, sending out order confirmations.
  • Process purchase orders from management, and sales orders from email and incoming calls.
  • Work closely with managers and directors to coordinate product and service delivery.
  • Track sales orders, follow up on delays, and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Sending out digital marketing and email campaigns.

3. GENERAL OFFICE DUTIES

  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and data entry into the CRM and accounting systems.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, trade shows, and company events.
  • Support IT-related maintenance and troubleshooting (basic level).
  • Carry out other clerical tasks as needed to support the wider team.
