Reports To
The office clerk reports directly to the Office Manager.
Job Overview
This position will act as the liaison between the office and the warehouse to maintain prompt shipment of orders to customers.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Monitor various shipment queues
  • Correct any order errors or changes required
  • Maintain EDI accounts
  • Assist with physical inventory counts
  • Arrange freight quotes for shipments within Canada & US
  • Various other office duties such as file, printing, mailing, etc.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; at least 2 years of experience related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Highly proficient in Excel and other MS office products.
  • Knowledge of supplies, equipment, ordering and inventory control.
  • Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problem.
  • Ability to complete routine administrative paperwork and tasks.
