Responsibilities: Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents. Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems accurately. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence promptly. Assist in data entry tasks and update office databases regularly. Coordinate office supply inventory and place orders when necessary. Qualifications Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus. Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
