You will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, including data entry, record management, and supporting day-to-day office functions. Responsibilities: Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of payments and transactions. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries in a professional manner. Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy access to information. Assist in the preparation of reports and documents as required by management. Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring that all necessary resources are available. Qualifications Requirements Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role is preferred. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
