We are looking for a couple of office clerks/data entry employees to work at our newly established warehouse located in King of Prussia area.

EXPERIENCE

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • Previous office experience is preferred, with a focus on clerical roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry
  • Basic math skills for handling numerical data and calculations
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Responsibilities

The Office Clerk will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • sales order entry ( we use QB desktop)
  • printing UPS, FedEx shipping labels
  • arranging for LTL shipment
  • answering telephones, taking orders over the phone, checking and applying emails
  • Filing and organizing documents
  • Demonstrating strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
