Job Title: Office Clerk
Division: Erikson Music
Location: Baie D’Urfé, QC
Job Summary
We are currently seeking a bright, energetic, and resourceful candidate to join our team as an Office Clerk for our Erikson Music division. Reporting to the Division Manager, the Office Clerk is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the division. Duties will include but are not limited to preparing credit notes requiring detailed research prior to being issued, distribution of reports, responding to client inquiries by phone or email, tracking of dealer agreements, automation of pricing, as well as other office-related tasks and duties, as required.

Reporting to the Division Manager, the Office Clerk is responsible for:

  • Entering orders;
  • Following up on the status of orders;
  • Liaising with suppliers;
  • General administrative duties.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1 – 2 years of similar work experience;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications;
  • Excellent communications skills (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills;
  • Demonstrated organizational ability and follow-through;
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment;
  • Demonstrated ability to work harmoniously in a team as well as autonomously;
  • Exceptional attention to detail;
  • Bilingual, however, must be proficient in English. Spanish is an asset.
