Description

Seeking a reliable and hard working candidate to support the daily operations of the company as an Office Clerk while assisting or coordinating with other departments and co-workers as needed.
· Job Duties (Including but not limited to): The Office Clerk’s Main responsibilities are to input data for inventory, billing customers, printing labels for products, emails, answering customer inquiries and other day to day operational duties etc.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of office or operations experience (Food Industry Preferred)
  • Experience is HIGHLY preferred but extensive training can also be provided
  • Valid Class 5/5F/G License
  • English language proficiency for writing, reading and speaking is mandatory
  • Excellent team work, observational, analytical, multi-tasking skill, articulate communication/interpersonal skills
  • Some familiarity with Quickbooks or other accounting software
  • Intermediate knowledge with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Education minimum is Highschool but College Diploma or University Degree are preferred.
