ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are recruiting for an Office Clerk to join the ever-expanding LMD team. As part of our growth, this role will be invaluable to us as we increase the number of clients we are bringing on board and also the growing fleet we invest in. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Liaise with customers
• Develop and maintain customer relationships
• Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries in a timely manner
• Booking the jobs in the diary and producing the required paperwork for Operations to pass on to the drivers
• Keep the bookings spreadsheet updated as information changes
• Assist the Health & Safety Department
• Supporting the Sales Team
• Assisting the Operations Team
• General admin duties as required
