We are seeking a highly organized, personable, and proactive School Operations & Communications Coordinator to serve as the school’s front-facing representative, manage key administrative functions, coordinate internal communications, and support daily operations, safety, and logistics.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associates or bachelor’s degree in related fields.
  • Experience in office administration, school operations, or communications (education setting preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, student information systems, and school communication platforms.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, student-centered environment.
  • Calm, thoughtful, and service-oriented approach—especially in urgent or high-stress situations.
