First General Services is seeking an analytical and highly adaptable Office & Compliance Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our operations meet compliance requirements and internal standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in disaster restoration , construction, renovation or related industry.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Comfortable making informed decisions while maintaining objectivity.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with XactAnalysis and Xactimate , Proven Job Management, Encircle, Docusketch, Ginger MDM, Teams Voice an asset.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support a team of project coordinators.
  • Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance with insurance industry standards.
  • Lead regular meetings with project coordinators to assess current and upcoming project demands.
  • Conduct file audits and maintain an organized, up-to-date filing system.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
  • Assist in RFP tender proposal packages
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance and develop strategies to mitigate those risks
  • Create and implement policies to ensure the company’s compliance with regulations
  • Facilitate effective communication between upper management and staff.
  • Promote ethical conduct within the organization
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment in collaboration with management
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external training programs.
  • Assist employees with career development and performance management.
  • Support management on special projects and strategic initiatives.
