SUMMARY

We are seeking a dependable and highly organized Office Construction Administrator to support our Construction Project Management team. Reporting to the Director, Project Management, this role is central to coordinating daily administrative activities that keep projects running smoothly.
This position is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly responsive during work hours, and can be relied upon to manage key responsibilities independently.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in Office Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a construction administration or coordination role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools is an asset.
  • Clear, professional communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • High level of dependability and responsiveness, especially when remote.
  • Experience supporting field teams or construction managers is a strong asset.
  • Flexibility to assist with occasional non-construction administrative duties.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct administrative support to the Project Management team.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including hotel and transportation bookings.
  • Organize, update, and maintain project documentation, permits, reports, and correspondence.
  • Track project deliverables and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of administrative milestones.
  • Act as a liaison between the office, construction sites, and external vendors.
  • Manage logistics for internal meetings, site visits, and team schedules.
  • Assist with general office coordination tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of construction activities and support documentation request.
