Position: Office Coordinator | Full-time Permanent
Location: Brandon Chamber of Commerce, Brandon, MB
The Brandon Chamber of Commerce is seeking a highly organized and personable Office Coordinator to ensure the efficient operation of the Chamber front-line services and support the team.
Duties
-
Provide front line communication to inquiries and requests.
-
Manage office administration activities and support Chamber Staff and Committees.
-
Assist in the planning and implementation of all Chamber events.
-
Process payments, create and send invoices, filing of documents.
-
Maintain all files and records with a high degree of accuracy.
-
Oversee the management and maintenance of the Brandon Chamber Building.
-
Assist in the marketing and promotions of the Chamber activities and digital platforms.
-
Attend and represent the Chamber at various events.
Essential Qualifications
-
Education: Degree or Diploma in business administration or equivalent.
-
Experience: Administrative, clerical, or reception experience is preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Required Skills
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Share point), Quick Books.

Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and work independently.
