Essential Duties: Administrative / Office Support Maintain office files, records, and basic documentation Support internal departments with administrative tasks as needed Update and maintain daily spreadsheets (tracking, reporting, and/or data entry) Ensure accuracy of data, follow up on missing information, and flag discrepancies Assist with preparing basic reports or summaries for internal use Purchasing / Supplies / Parts Purchase office supplies and internal department parts as needed Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to confirm specifications and requirements Track orders, delivery status, backorders, and receipts Tools, equipment, materials Computer Scanner/printer Multi- line phones Physical Demands: Sitting frequently Standing occasionally Walking occasionally Constant repetitive movement of hands Lift up to 50lbs Carry up to 50lbs Twisting occasionally Kneeling occasionally Bending occasionally Environment: Occasional exposure to dust, spices, heat, and cold Qualifications Qualifications: Reliable and consistent follow-through Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong time management and prioritization Ability to communicate clearly and work with multiple departments Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach Required High attention to detail and accuracy with data entry Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks Professional communication skills (phone, email, in-person) Ability to work on-site in Sparks, NV Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical Preferred Prior experience with purchasing, ordering, inventory, or vendor coordination Familiarity with basic office accounting processes (invoices, receipts, POs) Experience supporting a warehouse/manufacturing/operations environment
