JOB SUMMARY: The Office Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the office by ensuring a well-organized, fully stocked, and efficient workplace. This on-site role partners closely with employees and IT support to maintain office functionality, coordinate events, and support new hire onboarding. The Office Coordinator plays a key role in creating a welcoming, productive, and well-supported work environment. Job Responsibilities 1. Monitor office inventory and ensure adequate stock of office supplies, snacks, and other materials. 2. Place supply orders as needed and manage office supplies and services. 3. Maintain organization and cleanliness of common areas and shared office spaces. 4. Plan and coordinate office events including team lunches, celebrations, and company gatherings. 5. Book venues, catering, and other services required for office events. 6. Provide basic IT and technical support, including troubleshooting common hardware and software issues. 7. Assist employees with technical issues and escalate more complex problems when necessary. 8. Set up workstations for new hires, including computers, peripherals, and office equipment. 9. Configure required software, systems, and tools for new employees. 10. Create, manage, and maintain user accounts and access as part of onboarding and offboarding processes.
