Summary of Position
We are looking for a skilled Office Coordinator to undertake a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks. You will be an integral part in ensuring the office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities. This position is a casual part time role, Monday - Friday at our Kimberly Office.

Accountabilities

  • Coordinate daily office logistics, such as greeting clients, directing vendors, purchasing supplies, coordinating vehicle and equipment service, and arranging couriers.
  • Organize travel arrangements and make preparations for field crews.
  • Assist with event planning.
  • Provide administration support for the project management team, company safety program and project controls teams.
  • General office admin tasks/projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including staff, contractors and clients
  • Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Ability to operate pickup trucks, ATVs, and tow trailers – delivery for repair/service.
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Diploma in Business Administration is considered an asset.
