Description:
Cedar Recovery, LLC is an ASAM Level I outpatient treatment facility that employs an array of evidenced-based treatment modalities to provide an integrated model of care of medical, counseling, and therapeutic interventions to treat every patient’s individual needs and promote long-term sustainable recovery from substance use disorder. While Cedar Recovery provides care for all substance use disorders, it has a primary focus on treating opioid use disorder with medications such as Buprenorphine and/or Naltrexone (MAT).
The purpose of this position is to serve as an Office Coordinator for Cedar Recovery. The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Acts as the point person for all office-related_ needs- including troubleshooting office issues, maintenance issues, and compliance concerns_
- Works with the State Director to manage staff schedules, time off, and coverage
- Performs daily/monthly compliance inspections
- Facilitates team meetings
- Training for Patient Care Coordinator and Medical Assistant
- Track office inventory including office and medical supplies and breakroom needs
- Acts as support for the Patient Care Coordinator and Medical Assistant
- Reports to the Regional Manager
