Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As our Office Coordinator, you’ll be the hub of the business – supporting the team with day-to-day operations, keeping our office organised, and making sure visitors, customers, and colleagues have the best possible experience. You’ll work closely with all departments and be an essential part of keeping everything ticking.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be the first point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and visitors – providing friendly and professional service.
  • Keep the office stocked and organised – managing supplies, stationery, and day-to-day essentials.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and help organise internal events and training.
  • Support admin tasks including onboarding paperwork, document filing, postage, and data entry.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and service providers as needed.
  • Maintain a tidy, safe, and welcoming office environment.
  • Assist with any ongoing projects.
