Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–3:00 PM or later when needed. You’ll Thrive Here If You: · Are extremely organized and detail-oriented · Enjoy managing your own workload without constant oversight · Communicate clearly and professionally · Stay calm when juggling multiple priorities · Have reliable transportation for occasional supply runs · Are proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) · Bring a polished, professional presence consistent with the Douglas J Image Principle · Have 1–2 years of administrative or office experience (preferred) Work Environment · Primarily an office setting with regular computer and phone use · Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, and light lifting (up to 25 lbs) · Occasional exposure to salon/institute environments
