Eden Scott is delighted to be collaborating with Armour Edge to appoint an Office Coordinator based in Edinburgh.
Armour Edge are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support their Operations, Business Development, and Administrative functions. This is a varied and dynamic role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across departments, streamlining processes, and contributing to business growth.
You will play a key part in identifying opportunities for improvement, enhancing internal efficiencies, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business. Substantial opportunity for future growth within a dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage internal documentation, data entry, and reporting tasks.
  • Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems.
  • Coordinate diaries, meetings, travel, and accommodation for the leadership team.
  • Oversee expense management and submission processes.
  • Assist with documentation control and version management.
  • Support HR processes including onboarding and internal communications.
  • Maintain and update the company’s LinkedIn page and other relevant platforms.
  • Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures, particularly in alignment with ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal projects, external events, and conferences.

Essential:
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Desirable:
Proficient in Asana or similar project management software.
Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
Experience within the renewable energy industry.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
