ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and proactive Office Coordinator to join a high-performing team. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you’ll act as their 2IC, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office. From front-of-house duties to facilities coordination, this is a varied and hands-on role that requires excellent organisational skills and a service-driven mindset.
We are open to candidates seeking a 4 day week however, with the preference for a full-time week. Due to the nature of the role, the candidate requires to be fully on-site.

As Office Coordinator, your duties will include:

  • Delivering a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience for clients and visitors
  • Managing office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Supporting onboarding of new employees, including desk setup and induction coordination
  • Coordinating internal meetings and events, including room bookings and catering
  • Acting as the first point of contact for facilities-related issues and liaising with vendors
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols and assisting with audits or inspections
  • Assisting the Operations Manager with day-to-day office management and project support
