The Office Coordinator ensures smooth operations by supporting the Director and Respiratory Supervisors with administrative tasks such as payroll, record-keeping, supply orders, and staff education coordination. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Director and Respiratory Supervisors. Manage correspondence. Order supplies and equipment. Maintain departmental files. Handle timekeeping and payroll responsibilities. Create patient service charges. Manage departmental databases. Coordinate staff continuing education and competency validation activities. Qualifications Preferred Education: Associate degree in Medical Office, Office Systems Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of two years in an administrative or business setting; healthcare environment experience with some familiarity with medical terminology is preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, along with strong overall computer skills.
