We’re looking for a proactive, hyper organized self-propelled operator to join us on a part-time basis, leading office administration and coordination efforts at our Arizona HQ, based in Phoenix, AZ. This role requires someone with excellent discretion and verbal communication skills as our Office Coordinator will be the first point of contact for our company, while also ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, providing essential calendar/administrative support to our executive team.
