We’re looking for someone who can start by keeping our office and clients running like clockwork, then grow into overseeing operations, as you earn trust and take ownership.
This isn’t a “do the minimum” role — it’s a high accountability role for someone who thrives on staying ahead, communicating fast, and treating the business like it’s their own.

We don’t require a degree. We do require a special quality – a mix of entrepreneurial spirit, administrative skill, and relentless follow-through.
You won’t just be “someone at the office”; you’ll be part of building the business. Pay will increase as responsibility increases.
Training will start at our Wesley chapel office and last as long as is needed, (approximately 2-3 weeks) before working fully remote work is available.
Must have suitable work at home environment - consider internet connection reliability, headset equipment, multiple monitors, outside noise, and any distractions. Work site will be verified before remote work begins.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 50 per week
