Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations
  • Handle patient records, insurance claims, and billing
  • Support daily administrative tasks to keep the office running efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education or experience with reception, office administration, or clinical setting

    • Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency with PC’s , and an aptitude for technology/software programs
