JOB DESCRIPTION

Home Instead of Cortland is now looking for an energetic, focused and results-driven individual to join our growing office team, as an Office Coordinator. The Office Coordinator will be a part of a growing, family-owned business with the goal of providing quality and compassionate care to our elderly clients. The Office Coordinator is expected to answer phones, support staff members and ownership with clerical duties to provide the highest quality care to clients and complete administrative tasks (which includes scheduling, onboarding, staffing and hiring).

Responsibilities

· Reflect the core values of Salt City Seniors, a privately owned and operated Home Instead Senior Care franchise.
· Handle office responsibilities that allow for a consistent networking effort, which is critical to building a business.
· Greet and welcome visitors (via phone or in person) in a friendly, warm professional manner.
· Answer each incoming call and distribute calls to appropriate staff.
· Meet with potential clients and family members in their home to discuss our services.
· Field new client inquires via the phone and schedule care consultations.
· Assist with hiring process of new caregivers, duties include both fielding inbound caregiver inquiries and making outbound recruitment calls, interviewing, onboarding and training.
· Enter and maintain current and correct client and caregiver data in Clear Care or current operating system.
· Communicate client or caregiver concerns with ownership or proper staff members in a timely manner.
· Have and maintain a positive mental attitude.
· Ensure Home Instead Senior Care standards are upheld.
· Maintain regular attendance in office to execute job responsibilities.
