The Office Coordinator manages all day-to-day tasks within the office management remit of the Academy, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for itsu and grocery.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Welcoming guests and liaising with building security and management
  • Office Administration: Managing travel bookings, meeting rooms, office supplies, and implementing procedures
  • Resource Management: Overseeing the office budget for supplies and furniture
  • Health and Safety: Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and being trained in fire safety and first aid.
  • Event Support: Assisting with the organisation of company events, conferences, and shop days.
