Description

Job Title: Office Coordinator
Location: Leyland - on site
Contract Type: Fixed-Term (3-6 months). Potential for temp-perm
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Reporting to: Operations Director
Start Date: As soon as possible

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in a busy office environment.
  • Experience of taking daily calls from customers and triaging them.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience managing support tickets or service requests.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with customers.
  • Organised, with good attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Basic technical knowledge of software and systems, and how to escalate appropriately.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive office coordinator with experience supporting busy teams and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Skilled in handling inbound calls, managing information flow, and coordinating tasks across departments to keep projects moving. Confident in working with internal teams, developers, and external stakeholders to progress cases, resolve queries, and provide excellent support. Known for efficiency, attention to detail, and a calm, professional approach when balancing multiple priorities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answering and directing telephone calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collating and maintaining accurate information and records.
  • Progressing cases by liaising with developers and following up on outstanding actions.
  • Supporting the team with administration, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Ensuring smooth communication between customers, the office, and external partners.
  • Providing general office support to ensure service levels are met.
